  1.  Upload your text (if you are customising) otherwise just order and skip the proofing process. There is a $30 design fee that covers the time the designer spends creating your custom design.
  2. Once we receive your order,  we will design & send you a proof in your email to approve.  You can request changes to your design at no extra cost until you are happy with the design.
  3. Once you approve your design, we create the art and ship it to you.  Please note that all orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
  4. Your Art is Insured during shipping.

 

ORDERING A GIFT VOUCHER

Our Gift Vouchers come in two forms: as a gold envelope via traditional mail or a Digital Voucher through email.  The later is great if you have forgotten an event or occasion and you need to send someone a gift in under 30 minutes.  You can also be sure they will get the art they like the most so there is no guessing on your part.
